You may have noticed things look at little bit different here at the Limitless365 Headquarters. A few months ago I started to think about how I could give you a better overall experience when you come to L365. I wanted to make it easier for you to read articles that can help you achieve a LimitlessBODY, LimitlessFITNESS, and a LimitlessLIFE.
I wanted there to be less clutter and distractions and to emphasize content, community, and connecting with one another as we pursue the best versions of ourselves.
Deciding to change things up was a difficult one for me. I was battling the “change demons” and afraid to fix something that wasn’t really broken. But deep down I felt like things could be better here and that I could be doing a better job serving you and the thousands of other readers.
As you can tell I am still ironing things out and it may take a few weeks for me to get it just right. I ask that you hang tight with me – It will be well worth the wait.
Until then, I’d love to here your thoughts on the redesign, focus, and other changes; I welcome the good and bad. So please take a few minutes to let me know what you think by contacting me here. Or facing me on the Facebook or tweeting me on the Twitters.
I want to take a few minutes today to show you around the place, let you know why I made the changes, other changes you can expect in the future, and how to get the most out of your experience here.
Thanks for stopping by today. Lets get this show on the road!
WHY THE CHANGE?
After talking with some of the L365 community I discovered that what the site stood for was a little confusing. When I started L365 in 2012 there was no real method to the madness. I knew I wanted to write, I wanted to write about health, fitness, life, and the art of getting better at being human. So that’s just what I did. I wrote.
Over the years I’ve had a few articles go “viral.” (that has always sounded like a bad thing to me but because everyone knows what it means lets just run with it.)
- 30 Truths in 30 Days
- Paleo & Why No Grains, Legumes, and Dairy
- Living On Purpose & Why Confusion Is Comfortable
- DIY Pull-Up Bar & How To Do Superhuman Pull-ups
- The 4 Pillars of Strength & How To Achieve Them
- How To Stop Living For Someone Else & Start Living For Yourself
- Money: You Can’t Get Enough, You’ll Never Have Enough, But You’ll Always Want More
As you can see, there definitely is some variety in the most popular articles but the ones that continually get the most attention are the ones related to health, fitness, and paleo.
As time has gone one I have started to write more health, fitness, and psychology articles as opposed to anything else.
When you came to the old L365 it wasn’t very clear that this was primarily a health, fitness, and psychology site. That was something that needed to be changed.

Limitless365 is a common sense approach to health, fitness, and life that’s not so common. It’s about bridging the gap between what you are capable of and what you currently do. Far to often we get wrapped up in debating minutia when we should be focusing on doing the basic things more consistently.
L365 isn’t about telling you what to do. Most people already know that. It’s about showing you how to change behaviors so that you can become the healthiest version of yourself and teaching lifestyle habits that help you to become a better husband, wife, athlete, student, and human being.
As stated before I thought you needed a less cluttered and distracted place. Most of the articles are extremely detailed and over 2,000 words. I want your attention to be on the content and not sidebar images, links, and distracting colors. I’m big on minimalism and I want the site to showcase that.

With less clutter and distractions comes easier readability. There’s now a lot of white space when you read an article and I’m hoping that it feels more like you’re reading a book now and less like every other online resource. Along with more white space the font type and size has changed. It feel easier on the eyes to me. What do you think?
HOW TO NAVIGATE THE NEW L365
This won’t take very long to explain since everything has been streamlined. No more distracting things to click on or a ton of stuff in the navigations bar.
The New Header Image and Text
The very first thing you see when you get to the site is a big ass picture of my ugly mug. I know what you’re thinking. “That self-centered, egotistical, S.O.B. This site isn’t about him, it’s about living a healthy life without limits.”
ouch! 🙂 But you’re right. That’s exactly what it’s about.
I decided to change the header and the text included in it because I want you and new readers that come to the site to know the person that writes here, and that L365 is about becoming the healthiest version of yourself so that you can create more possibilities for your life.
After all, it’s hard to live a life without limits if you can’t get out of bed.
I’m confident that this now displays that. If you feel that it does not please contact me here and suggest some other options, I’m all ears.
The Navigation Bar
First is the start here page. This is specifically for the new kids on the block. Not to be confused with the band – although that would be dope. The start here page includes a brief overview of what L365 is and is not, the philosophy here, and some of the most popular and helpful free articles.
For those of you that have been long time readers of the site you should still find this page valuable. It has timeless articles that can and should be applied to daily life to help you come the healthiest and best version of yourself. Sometimes we all could use a reminder – This page can act as that reminder.
The second thing you’ll notice in the navigation bar at the top is the about page. What can I say… it’s exactly what you think it is 🙂 It tells the story of Limitless365, who I am, and how L365 can help you become the healthiest version of yourself.
Next up is the articles page. Yup, you guessed it. It includes the latest L365 articles. If you’d like to see everything I’ve written on the site you can visit the complete archives or search for something specific here.
Fourthly 🙂 is the resources page. This page is full of free resources, books, articles, and other tools to help you get LimitlessFIT like the Real Food Chart, healthy Habit Tracker, Fit-Fast Free Guide, and more. Just go check it out, ok?
You’ll also find personalized coaching, the LimitlessBODY Blueprint, and LimtlessAPPAREL here. If you’re not interested in any of those products, totally cool – Enjoy the free articles and resources to the max!
Free Books Section
Over the last few years I’ve written a couple of free downloadable ebooks and resources and have included them as a thank you for those of you that have subscribed to the L365 blog. If for some reason you have not received them please let me know and I will gladly make sure that you do.
Along with those ebooks that you get for being a subscriber you will also get access to over 30 workout template and other bonus content that is not available to the public. It’s just my way of saying thanks for believing in me, L365, and being apart of this crazy ass community.
Lastest and Greatest Articles
Here you will find the most recent three articles published on L365. I typically write every Sunday with an occasional weekday post. Expect this section to be updated weekly. To make sure you haven’t missed an article you can always check out the archives.
Success Stories
This is my favorite section and something that I’ve wanted to feature on L365 for some time now. I’ve either worked directly with or have come into contact with a few of you that have made some amazing transformations. Not only physically but also mentally, in your careers, emotionally, and spiritually (not woo woo spiritually).
I could only include three success stories on the front page but you can click on any of those pictures or this link and it will take you to all of the success stories that have been featured on L365.
If you happened to know someone who has had an awesome transformation (and it doesn’t have to be a physical one) Let me know by contacting me here. I would love to feature them on the site and tell their story. And if that person is you, even better.
WHAT I HAVE COMING FOR YOU & A LITTLE HELP PLEASE
First, I have a request. I’ve been thinking of doing some new stuff with L365 so that you can really start creating LimitlessFITNESS and a LimitlessLIFE.
If you have a moment I’d love for you to fill out this quick survey. It will only take about 5 minutes of your time. Or you can email me directly here with your thoughts.
Here are some things I was thinking about bringing to the table – How do you feel about them? Are you likely to participate, benefit, or have an interest in them?
1. Forums: I’d love for a place for us to connect with one another. As of now there is the FB page and for those of you that purchased the LBB (thank you) the Limitless Secret Society of Badass’s.
In the forums I would be doing some video posting, holding different discussion groups on topics you are interested in, and providing support when needed.
2. Daily workouts/weekly training: Another idea I had was providing you with weekly workouts that you could do on your own. I would be breaking them up into 2 to 3 different types of training templates based on different skill levels, goals, and time allocated to training.
I thought it might be a great way to help some of you get started, others bust out of plateau’s, or for those of you that are time deprived – get in “quickies.”
Hi, I’m Justin and I laugh at my own jokes 🙂
3. Articles about different topics: I’ve written about wealth, happiness, and career here but the majority of articles on L365 are about nutrition, training, fitness, and creating healthy habits.
Honestly, this might be a little selfish of me but I wanted to get your thoughts anyhow. I love health, fitness, and nutrition but I also really enjoy psychology, business/entrepreneurship, philosophy, and topics like happiness, relationships, and learning about stress, anxiety, and depression.
How would you feel about reading some articles about that stuff? Most of it would include personal struggles and how I overcame them or plan to. Or tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years and through trial and error.
4. Personal Challenges: I’ve also been considering putting together one week, 30 day, or 6 week challenges for you and I to try to tackle together. Possibly putting these into a forum where we can track, support, and see how each other is doing. Or maybe putting them into an email series where we can connect back and forth.
Is there anything you’d like to see more or less of on L365. This is your opportunity to speak up and let me know. Post to the comments below or email me directly – I’d love to hear your thoughts.
WHAT’S ONE THING YOU CAN CHANGE?
Alright, so I made a big change and took a risk. Now it’s your turn.
I want to challenge you to make one change and one change only. What is one thing you could change that would make a positive impact on your life. This could be health, fitness, wealth, relationship, or any other area relevant to your life.
- Eating protein with each meal this week
- Replacing your fast food lunch with one you make at home
- Getting in a 10 minute workout every day this week
- Letting go of a toxic relationship that has brought you down
- Setting up an automatic savings account to help pay for that trip you’ve been putting off. Even if it’s as little as $5 per week.
Comment below and let me know what you’ve decided to change this week. Just one small change and keep it up for at least a week. Lets see what happens.
Live Limitless,
Justin
P.S. Here again is a quick link to that survey. I really appreciate your participating.
