A week or so ago I decided to stop by my local caffeine shop to wake myself up a bit with a shot or two of espresso. No one else was in line when I got there so I walked on up and placed my order, right after doing so a gentlemen walked in or his cell phone, probably a little younger than myself (I’m 32), talking on his cell phone, sort of looked like he was in finance… but who knows.
I turned to the guy and asked him what he was having today, he pulled his phone from his ear real quick and said, “Just a tall drip.” In coffee talk that’s a small coffee. I told him today it was on me and not to worry about it. His eyes opened a bit wider and he looked a little surprised, he asked me “really, are you sure?” I said, “of course brother, no worries.” He thanked me, grabbed his drink and said thank you as he finished his call.
A few moments later my espresso was done and the barista brought it over to me, they actually brought me two. I told them I only ordered one and I was sorry for any confusion. They told me they had charged me for both and were really sorry but to keep the second one – plus they gave me my two bucks back. Wow, I thought to myself, a free drink, score 🙂
As I was walking out the door an older woman grabbed my arm, she was maybe in her late 40’s to early 50’s, it looked like she was just enjoy the nice California afternoon, enjoying a good book. She told me she saw what I did for that gentlemen that came in and would like to buy me my next drink. Now your first instinct is to always say no, that it’s ok and unnecessary, but over the years I’ve learned that when someone wants to complete a nice gesture for you, just let them, they’re doing so because they want to, it makes them feel good, and they’re hoping it makes you feel good too.
She handed me three bucks, I gladly accepted, and told her how grateful I was for the gesture. As I walked back to my motorcycle I thought to myself, what a weird 10 minutes of my life 🙂 I buy someone a cup of coffee, I get a free drink plus five bucks back. Now, It wasn’t my intention to receive anything in return for buying this fella is cup of joe but it sure is pretty cool how karma, the universe, or whatever you want to call it works out that way.
So long story short, I want to do more of it. A few weeks ago I created the Fit-Fast Guide, a free book to help anyone of any skill level apply basic concepts that they can use right now to get one step closer to achieving their health and wellness goals. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level athlete the concepts provided in the book can be applied to make dramatic progress immediately.
- The Fit-Fast program
- Quick and easy to understand workout programs for all levels (beginner, novice, intermediate, intermediate +, and advanced) to help you get started or improve today
- Basic nutritional concepts that can be applied immediately to help drop body fat and build lean muscle immediately
- Exercise video descriptions to help remove any confusion about how to properly perform an exercise
- A progressive program that you can use as you get better to keep progress moving along at a rapid rate.
- Some of the most popular resources and articles from Limitless365, easy to find and in one location so that you don’t have to search for them on the site.
- All in all, it adds up to 107 pages for FREE stuff to help you progress towards a Limitless version of you
Now is it perfect? Probably not, I’m sure it could use some editing, tweaks here and there, and a little spit to polish it off but it’s FREE, it will produce results, and more importantly it will remove any confusion about how the F to get started and what to do in order to stay consistent. I hope that you find it useful and as always please never hesitate to give me a shout if you have any questions regarding not only the guide but life, love, or living 🙂

Live limitless,
Justin
PS: I have another FREE guide coming in June. It’s actually already finished but I want to make you all wait (evil laugh)…
