How does it work?
I can’t help everyone and not everyone is the right fit for my coaching program.
1️⃣ STEP 1: APPLY FOR COACHING
Ask yourself if you’re ready, willing, and able to commit to at least 12-weeks of personal coaching. My best clients come ready to make changes and get coached. They’re tired of trying to figure out things on their own. Gaining and losing the same few pounds year after year, and are ready to let someone else give them guidance.
2️⃣ STEP 2: CONNECT WITH ME
After applying you’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation call with me. On our call together I’ll answer your most pressing fitness and nutrition questions and solve your challenges. At the end of the call, I’ll extend a coaching offer. No sales pitch, you can accept or decline. I’ll still like you.
3️⃣ STEP 3: START COACHING
If you accept, I’ll send over a brief coaching questionnaire that allows me to personalize things for you. You’ll go through a short onboarding process that includes a movement assessment and getting comfortable with my coaching app. We’ll review your training and nutrition plan together, make adjustments if needed, and hit the ground running.
4️⃣ STEP 4: SHOW YOUR PROGRESS
All of the guesswork about what to do to be successful will be eliminated. You follow the plan, get results, and look and feel better than you ever have. You will track your progress in the coaching app which will allow us to make adjustments to your plan based on what’s working and what’s not.
5️⃣ STEP 5: REACH YOUR GOALS. BE AN AWESOME PERSON THAT CAN DO RAD SHIT

Frequently asked questions
❓ How much does coaching cost?
It depends on the coaching package that you choose. Online: $149-$199 per month – In-Person: $329-$995 per month. I don’t do generic plans. Everything is customized to the individual’s needs, personal preferences, and schedule.
❓ What is different about JTM coaching?
Every workout and nutrition plan is customized for your body, preferences, goals, and schedule. There’s also a big emphasis on mindset and lifestyle. You probably already have a good idea about what to do. Learning how to do it consistently when busy, stressed, or low on motivation is another story. I coach people through those challenges. Ultimately, that’s what will determine if you’re successful long-term or no.
❓ Is there a coaching commitment?
There is a 12-week minimum commitment. Although most of my clients work with me for 6 to 12-months. Some continue working with me for years. I ask for a minimum of 12-weeks because progress takes time and patience. We’re not going to fix anything over 30-days.
❓ What if I don’t have time to work out?
Because everything is customized for you. Your workouts and nutrition plan will be designed to maximize results based on your schedule and time demands. If you can only work out 2 times per week, that’s cool. We’ll make it work. If you can only work out at home for 20-minutes, that’s cool. We’ll make it work.
❓ Can you work around injuries?
Yup. Because each workout is customized we’ll take into account any past or present injuries and work around them.
❓ How much support do I get?
Because you’ll be tracking progress daily you get daily support. Any time you have a question you can ask. I will also be checking in multiple times per week so that you always feel supported and are held accountable.
❓ How long/when will I see results?
It depends on you. The more consistent you are with the plan the faster and better results you will get. I’m honest with most people. Expect to see results you’re excited about in 12-weeks. But results that you’re blown away by in 6 months to 1 year.
❓ Do I have to have a gym membership?
Nope. If you prefer to work out at home we can make that work. Your program is designed for your goals and personal preferences. This includes when, where, and with what equipment you have available (or bodyweight if you prefer).
❓ I love [insert food]. Will I have to give it up?
You will not. Foods are not good or bad, on or off-limits. I believe in teaching people how to eat with complete food freedom and flexibility. You won’t be asked to give up your favorites foods. Instead, I’ll show you how to include them so you can still reach your goals.
