Today is your chance to add some real value to Limitless365 and to the community that we’re building here.
Before I jump in I just want to acknowledge an inspiration of mine Scott over at LYL. He has a segment on his blog called Ask The Reader that I’m totally piggy-backing off of.
When you visit Limitless365 I want you to be confident that you’re going to get support, accountability, and answers to your most pressing questions. With that said, today starts a new chapter for Limitless with the launch of “Share Your Thoughts.” (S.Y.T)
Every so often I’ll be asking you questions related to some of the biggest challenges you face in life. Today’s question is related to your health. I want to know what your biggest challenge is for building LimitlessFITNESS for yourself.
If you don’t mind, please take a minute to think about the questions below:
- What is the biggest obstacle you face when trying to become the healthiest version of yourself?
- What have you tried to overcome this obstacle in the past? Why do you think it hasn’t worked?
If you’d like you can skip down to the comments and answer those two questions. Or if you prefer you can email me directly here. The best responses to this question will be featured in the next addition of Share Your Thoughts.
If you’re a little on the shy side this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself. Embrace your personal fear today and speak up a little, even if it’s just a sentence or two. There’s a very good chance that if you’re wondering about something – someone else is wondering about that very same thing. So please, speak up. You don’t even have to use your real name or photo.
This site is dedicated to helping you become the best version of yourself, starting with your health. When I first created this site it was to help me overcome my fear of being vulnerable with people. Through writing, being honest, and opening up about my own personal life experiences and struggles I have conquered that fear – Thank you! I want to do my best to pay it forward help you to overcome personal struggles of your own.
HOW YOUR QUESTIONS HELP THE LIMITLESS COMMUNITY
When you ask questions it helps me write content that not only is going to help you but thousands of others as well.
You’d be surprised at how many articles I write on this site are inspired by conversations, emails, Facebook posts, and feedback from you.
The more that I am able to understand the struggles that you’re facing related to health, wealth, personal relationships, overcoming fear, or whatever really the better articles, free resources, and research I can do to help you solve those struggles.
I plan on doing these Share Your Thoughts segments every 2 to 3 months or so. It’s my hope that because you’ll be actively contributing to the development of this site that together you and I can build one of the best health and personal development sites on the web.
A tall order? Yeah, it definitely is but I like to shoot big so let’s do it.
So here it is, your opportunity to help me help you.
WILL THIS REALLY BE HELPFUL?
I want to share with you an email I got from a member of the community a few weeks ago. I remember talking to Tim two years ago and discussing an issue that he was struggling with. Out of now where I got this from him… I literally got the goosebumps when I read it. Thanks for letting me share it Tim 🙂
Note: You can read my interview with Tim here.
My name is Tim and 2 years ago I emailed you responding to an article you had written on what we struggle with, and my response to you was procrastination (the example I used was painting my room lol). You were kind enough to even mention me in one of your articles!
Well it’s now 2 years later, and I wanted to share with you where I am now, and whats happened since that fateful email conversation!
When I wrote to you, I had just taken a break from managing nightclubs, and I wasnt sure where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. One thing I did know was that I enjoyed working out, enjoyed sharing that passion, and had reached out to you partly because I found what you did so inspiring. At the time I had an idea that I could do something similar, to inspire others and make a positive impact.
This year, I made that dream a reality. I mentioned to you that I was a big fan of Shaun T, and his insanity programs, something I was doing when that was shaping my love of fitness into more than just a hobby.
In March, 160 ppl were given the opportunity to audition in front of Shaun for his newest fitness program, and only 22 ppl were chosen. I was one of those people, and spent the next 2 months training, and filming, alongside Shaun!
The program is called Insanity Max 30, and its an experience that has changed my life. I am now a Beachbody Coach, and a certified insanity instructor.
I’m writing this to you not to gloat, but to say Thank You. I know you’ve made an impact on so many peoples lives, and your interaction and taking the time to chat with me, even briefly through email, has stayed with me.
There’s so much more to the story i would love to share with you, and it’d be an honor to keep in touch if you wouldn’t mind.
I’ve added a link for you to check out the ‘trailer’ for Max 30, and feel free to find me on Facebook and Instagram if you like!
looking forward to speaking with you soon, and thanks so much for taking the time to read this!
All the best,
Tim

There you have it, a real world example of how asking a question can really make a difference in your life. How would your life be different if you got one of your biggest question in life answered?
SO HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP
Answer the two questions below in the comments below or in an email directly to me:
- What is the biggest obstacle you currently face when trying to become the healthiest version of yourself?
- What have you tried to overcome this obstacle in the past? Why do you think it hasn’t worked?
Again, the best responses will be featured in a recap of this question in the next addition of Share Your Thoughts.
I don’t want you to think that you’re at this alone so here are my answers to those two questions:
The biggest obstacle that I face with becoming the healthiest version of myself is sleep. I struggle to get to bed at a decent hour, stay a sleep through out the night, and generally just don’t enjoy sleeping. It really can affect my mood, energy levels, and appetite over the course of a day. In the past I’ve tried sleeping pills, Benadryl, sleepy time teas, and a host of other things both good for me and not so good to try to help me get to sleep. These things didn’t work because they never really addressed the real problem which is my racing “monkey brain” and hatred for sleep in general #workaholic.
So now it’s your turn. Answer those two questions in the comments below and lets take the first step together towards helping you solve your most pressing needs.
Live Limitless,
Justin
