Take a real good hard look at the picture of my mug above. Doesn’t it look like I’m about to serenade you? Seriously, it looks like I’m about to go J-Bieber all on ya and hit some serious falsetto.

I love that you all have been so active in emailing me and asking questions about how to develop a LimitlessHEALTH, LimitlessWEALTH, LimitlessRELATIONSHIPS, essentially just build a LimitlessLIFE for yourself and help the people you care most about to do the same.

Every so often I get a few questions that are very similar and I’ve decided that instead of answering them through email that it might just be best to record some videos and send them out to theL365 community in case anyone else had thought the same thing but was too bashful to write in.

In today’s video you and I are going to answer a pretty big question.

Things you can do in life to live happier and stress free. 

Now that’s a pretty loaded question and one that will differ from person to person but it’s also an important one. I like to think of happiness as Universal currency. It’s the one thing we can all agree on that we’d like more of.

I’ll get into some science, some not so science, and practical philosophy for how you can start living happier and with less stress today.

Grab a pen, some paper, and a cup of joe and let the good times roll.
