I want to start answering the most frequently asked fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle questions I get. But I’d like to do it as if I was sitting at a bar with my best friend drinking a glass of whiskey. Brainstorming ways to be better human beings.
Super raw, unrehearsed, and from the hip.
I’m calling it “Virtual Drinks.” Simple, practical, and rational advice that (mostly) doesn’t suck. This will include videos, newsletters, and possibly IG stories.
Am I qualified to do this? It’s up for debate. Watch the videos and decide for yourself. We’ll go from there.
Cheers ?
